Hi my name is Lesley Probert. I'm 50 years old and my career has been as a residential worker for children with severe learning disabilities and challenging behaviour, before training as an adult nurse and subsequently being medically retired after 13 years.

I first became aware of PEDS around 8 years ago when my niece was diagnosed with Anorexia. Mandy and Sue literally saved her life and became an integral part of our lives. Life was very difficult for several years but Mandy and Sue were always there for support, especially for me as my niece was admitted to hospital on two separate occasions.

Thankfully my niece has now found that life to get well for and I want to give something back to the amazing service that enabled this to happen.
