Announcing Our New Podcasts
Today we officially launched our new podcast, featuring three new episodes with more coming in the near future. These short 5-10 minute episodes cover a range of topics from personal experiences and learned strategies to help raise awareness of various challenges and advise on how to help improve both physical and mental health.
Episode 1 - How to Change Your Relationship With the Scales
Our first podcast by Naomi covers the personal habits and challenges of scales and advice on how to help break free and overcome them using effective coping strategies.
Episode 2 - Facts and Fiction About Calories and Nutrition
This podcast covers the topic of food, calories, nutrition and maintaining a healthy balance of what is right for you, rather than the vast amount of conflicting advice online for sticking to, or cutting out selected food groups. Fuelling your body correctly can help both physical and mental recovery. Naomi also helps provide tips and advice on fighting the fear of certain foods as well.

In this podcast Naomi and her Mum share personal experiences and advice on caring for someone with an eating disorder, covering topics such as awareness, diagnosis, challenges and support.
